What's included in a small business website package?
Every package includes a website of up to 8 pages, hosting, your domain, backups, updates, and your Google Business Profile and listings kept current, plus hours each month for changes you ask for. Organised adds your own business app, and Tailored adds custom parts and connections to tools like Xero.
Can I change packages later?
Yes. Move up or down at any time. If you move up, you keep founder pricing on the new package.
What counts as an hour of changes?
Anything you ask for: new text or photos, a new page section, a new reminder in the app. Small jobs take minutes, so an hour goes a long way. Unused time doesn't roll over. Anything bigger than the hours you have left is priced before we start, as a fixed quote or by the hour, and you agree to it in writing first.
How long until my website is live?
Found is live in 1 to 2 weeks from the day you say yes. Organised takes 2 to 4 weeks, and while the app is in early access your website goes live first. Tailored depends on what's being built, and the timing is in your written plan before you commit.
What do I need to give you?
Your logo, any photos of your work, and a free chat about how the business runs. We write the words for every page and add stock photos where yours won't cover it. You check everything before it goes live.
Do you work outside Melbourne?
Yes. We're based in Melbourne and work with businesses across Australia by phone, video and email. Prices are also shown in US dollars for businesses outside Australia.
When do I pay, and how?
Your first month is charged by card when you sign up, then monthly in advance. There's no setup fee. Pay a year up front and you get two months free.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee, and no fixed term. You pay month to month and can leave with 30 days' notice.
What happens to my website if I leave?
Your domain is registered in your name from the start, so it stays with you. We hand over your content and images, and your app's records as a spreadsheet file. Nothing is held back.
Is the business app ready?
Not yet. Found is available now. Organised and Tailored are early access: the app is being built with the first clients, around what they need first. Sign up for Organised today and your website goes live straight away on the Found price, then moves to the Organised price when your app is ready.
Can the app connect to Xero, MYOB or Odoo?
We build that connection for you when you need it, as part of Tailored. Your invoices, payroll and accounts stay in the software you use now. The app sends it what it needs, so nothing gets typed twice.
